I was taught at an early age that I needed to earn the things I wanted.  My family was able to provide for all of my needs but I was responsible for providing for the extras teens often want.  I started babysitting at 12 and earned my first official paycheck at 16 working at for a local pizza place.  After opening a bank account to deposit that first paycheck I thought I was destined for a career in banking.

Working for a large bank through college allowed me to hone my service skills and discover that sales was not going to be part of my career path.  This led me to a long career in various roles at Invesco (formerly AIM Investments) where I felt quality service was valued just as much as sales.  I started in Client Services and a few years later transitioned to a leadership role in Operations where I spent most of my tenure.  I ended my career at Invesco in the Retirement Support Services team.

I believe that quality investments bring clients in the door and quality service makes them want to stay.  This is why I am so passionate about providing exceptional service that enhances the overall client experience.

While away from work, I enjoy entertaining family and friends, watching my favorite sports teams play, and occasionally creating crafts.
