Brasada pursues long-term investment objectives with a patient, prudent style of investing. We buy only publicly traded securities and focus on well-managed companies. We make independent investment decisions through use of our own analytical research efforts, which include visiting companies and meeting with executives.

Our Dividend Growth strategy offers income from competitive and growing dividend rates while also seeking growth from equity positions. We are mindful of stability and diversity within our Dividend Growth strategy, which is comprised of a mixture of income and growth investments in utilities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), master limited partnerships (MLPs), and preferred stocks.
